Scenic Avenue Trail, City of Carmel-By-The-Sea, Ca.
Donald Hays Trail Contractor Reconstructed the Scenic avenue path along the ocean front. This trail swas surfaced with “California Gold” decomposed granite and bonded with cement, mixed in place and compacted. DHTC, Inc. also built cedar fences along various roads leading into town. One was so well done it took the attention of a driver of the road and drove through it!
